speaker x choice

infinity is a nice set up, bit expensive out here but yes very a great believer that the speakers define the end sound quality, good speakers can even make a cheap head unit sound good, but poor speakers will make a good head unit sound poor

Sorry to bring up an old thread & somewhat hijack it but...

Having got new speakers & an amp on the way, I'm wondering how/where I'd run the wire from the speakers to the crossover unit (for the fronts), seeing as there is no space to do so (i.e. inside door to wherever I'll mount the crossover, would be using cable that came with spkrs) or am i missing something?

I assume there is a spare/partly big enough grommet hole to run 8 gauge power cable through on the 1.6?

anyone know the amperage of the stock 1.6 laguna alternator too?
