Electrical Fault showing up on the Lights

Good Day.
My problem is my lights (all) dim as the engine revs.

When I switch on the Park light. they all light OK...
When I switch on the Low Beam, The Rt lamp is OK... the Lt is Dim and so too is the Park light, the Lt Indicator Bulb lights Dim. The Hi Beam lamp on both Rt & Lt is Dim
When I switch to the HI beam, the Rt side is OK... ALL the lights on the Lt goes out EXCEPT the indicator lamp.

When I depress the break pedal all (including the in dash lights) dim

I cleaned all the Ground points including the one in the Trunk, under the bumper etc..

I'm at a loss on what to do?

Any suggestions?

Re: Electrical Fault showing up on the Lights

What you describe does sound like poor earth returns.
Especially with lights coming on when they shouldn't
With plastic housings tend to be back through connectors and wires these days.
May be worth pulling connectors, making sure clean and a squirt of switch cleaner.
