The motor does just attach to the rear of the light via push and rotate fit. Their is one motor per light.

I had one replaced on the repair warranty on my car as it came adrift during a slight front end knock last year, which resulted after a rear end shunt.

You dont need to remove the bumper to access this, but will have to remove the stupid plastic covers under the bonnet.

self levelling headlights


Don't know whether all Laguna 2s are same, but my tourer has got a potentiometer on the back axle and the small plastic link arm had popped off. I have made a repair now the head lights adjust fine. Renault only sell the whole unit at 100
The only problem I have now is it failed its MOT because the nearside light needs adjusting in wards, but i cant find where you adjust it.
Currently in bioman's garage:
54 Espace Privelege 2.2 DCI Auto, which has replaced my 54 Renault Laguna II initiale sport tourer 2.2dci, Modus 1.4 Dynamique 2005
