re the tray removal and fuses:

asically you have to remove the passenger drawer, it has little push clips either side like a car stereo which you press in to get the drawer out, under the drawer is a little box with a relay and two columns of fuses, I think its the 10amp fuse on the right (standing in passenger door facing steering wheel) towards the passenger door (from memory so I could be wrong, its definately a 10amp mini fuse.)

One of the fuses here is for the dash and stereo so if you do the wrong one you will have to reset it all and need teh stereo code.
