Unhappy Laguna ii 2.016v auto with lpg conversion not starting

Hi am a bit stuck, I am working on the above car which was parked up for the festive period , only not to start again.
The immob light flashes for a second then stays on when cranking no spark or fuel detected. I am using the Snap on Ethos scanner on it but it will not communicate with it on Engine management.
I was looking for a fuel shut off or inertia switch but cant find one.
I have puth another battery in just to eliminate battery voltage, also a new earth strap and cleaned crang sensor.
The car will turn over but not start or even try to.
Why will scanner not communicate with it and why is the light staying on for immob?

Any help would be much appreciated.
I also have checked all fuses etc all seem to be fine.

When there is neither a spark or fuel going to the engine I would suspect the immobilser ain't going off
