Question Ignition on with no key

I have an N reg Clio Rsi.
A couple of weeks ago my alarm went off on my clio outside my house, when i tried to swich off it would not stop, nor would the doors unlock etc etc! AA told me it was likely the alarm module that had a fault, so next day i had alarm module taken out! (the problem had stopped of its own accord before this point.)

No problems for a few days, untill other day got out the car and the engine is still running, it seems the ignition comes on by itself. (hense, the reason the alarm was getting upset previously.)

Only way to stop engine when this occurs seems to be to press the brake pedal?! hmmm

Today got to the car and even the brake pedal trick is not working...causing the problem that i can't turn off the immobilizer to start the engine!(keyfob for immobilizer won't work while car is turning the ignition on, all by itself!)

O and the battery dead too!

Thanks for reading this, and for any help too!

Currently in Cliorsi's garage:
