Laguna 1 rear lights wiring

Just purchased a 1999 laguna and checked all my lights.
Reverse lights werent working so checked the bulbs and fuses. Bulbs were missing so I put new ones in. Still nothing so I checked the fuses. Everything ok. Checked the wiring inside the nearside panel and the black wires were all pulled apart. Put them together and the reverse lights came on-permanently. All the lights were going haywire and cancelling each other out, so I had to remove wires and reverse bulbs and fog bulbs so now all I have is stop, tail and indicator lights.
There is a black and white stripe wire and a black wire coming out of the connector block on the bulb board. And the other 2 wires are connected to the metal panel of the car and then run under the upholstery further into the car. Dont know what to do to get all the lights working again.
Currently in fozzybear210's garage:
