Angry Clio headlights wont turn off!

I have a 2003 renault clio 1.6 dynamique and when braking, indicating or reversing the fog light indicator on the dash flickers.

Went to the renault dealership and the told me to check the rear light connections and bulbs..they all seemed fine.

After fiddling with the existing rear bulbs my front head lights wont turn off! Luckily they do go off when the engines off but im puzzled at what to do next. Any help would be much appreciated thanks

The bulbs in the rear lights could be incorrectly fitted or there are dirty connections or a poor earth connection.
