There are sometimes complete alarm systems for sale on ebay for quite good prices.
At the end of the day "Most" ultrasonic sensors are the same - its just a case of getting one to fit.
Your other problem is knowing which one is the "transmit" and which one is "receive" or whether the sensors are combined transmit/receive.
Another place to try is a slavage yard, sensors from any modern Renault (Espace,Scenic,Megane,Clio etc) should fit as the alarm systems tend to be the same.

Currently in SportTourer's garage:

I have just picked up an alarm on ebay and when i get round to it you can have one of my old sensors if you can wait. I have the Father in Law coming over on Sunday to assist.

A bit like you - I knackered one putting a double matress in the back of the car.
