Hi - you should check the Alpine product range - I'm fairly sure they sell an adapter so you can use the steering stalk controls. I'm not so sure they do anything to maintain the dash display, that may be a problem - e-mail Alpine ?

The Renault CD changer cannot be used with an Alpine aftermarket headunit, the electronics are not compatible.
