Fixed the above problem.On the drivers side,behind the clutch pedal to the left there is a removable cover,behind that there is a removable filter take out and clean,then on the exact opposite side of the center console you will find that thermal fuse,in front of that filter,it is kept in place with two screws,you can not see it until you remove it from its hole, it is easier if you take the glove box out,then replace or repair the fuse
