I had an wet weather electrical problem on my Megane, the electric windows would wind down of their own accord, I replaced switches, relays, even put in a spare window motor in and guess what it was.....the windscreen seal was not seated properly in one small area, water was running down the inside of the screen and the bulkhead and dripping onto the internal fusebox.
It dosen't take much to dislodge the seal, think I did it when I first bought the car and was polishing it rather vigerously.
Took me 4 months to find that fault.

or you could be really unlucky and have part of the fuse box cover missing from the one in the engine bay because if so the wings dont have guttering for water to run to the front so it will literally run straight into the fuse box
