ClioMk2 Window Stuck up - how to lower?

got a 52plate clio elec windows, going to be swapping the reg today, however the window is currently up and will not move down! im going to need to lower this to get at stuff. is there weasy way to release the window glass?

Is this the same car you mentioned in previous posts.

As a matter of interest what do you need to remove that involves getting the window down??
