Head Unit removal problem

I have just bought a 1999 1.1 renault clio and i want to change the stereo head unit, I bought some keys to remove the old one, the drivers side (right) worked fine, but the left side doesnt seem to want to come out!

Any ideas

It could be you are either depressing the key too little or too far. Try the right one first when it works put a piece of tape around it to mark the depth. Clip the right hand back into place then insert the taped key into the left side the same depth as before.
Sometimes they can be tight and need some gentle persuasion whilst wiggling
