Even if you could add the camera points, the software doesn't warn you when you get within a certain distance of a POI, so you'd only get the camera icons displayed on the map.
I've stuck with TomTom as a second system, for speed cameras and other configurable POI. It also gives a handy second opinion on routing and sometimes disagrees with Carminat, in which case I tend to follow whichever one is showing me the earliest ETA.
Whatever you choose, there's a good chance you'll have trouble with the windscreen coating. You can either mount it so that it can see through the sunroof, or try to get it to see through the dotted bit of the windscreen behind the rear view mirror.
