Renault Clio II. 05. Cigarette Lighter Wiring

I would like to wire a block connector to attach some accessory lights into my clio.
The cigarette Lighter cable has three wires,
Brown, Blue and a Yellow/Red Wire.
What do the three wires do?
I am looking for the positive and Earth wire.

I know it may sound a silly question but I want to be certain!

Unless someone has a wiring diagram for such you may not get the answer you require.
But if you had access to either a test lamp or multi-meter you could soon find out.
Of the 3 cables one will be an earth - one will be to power the lighter heating element and the other for its interior light bulb
Also remember the cigarette lighter has a limited ampage it can carry which is around 15 amps but is only intended for intermittent use (not continous). So before connecting anything up find out its likely power consumption
