Clio horn not working

iv got a 2004 clio dynamique and the horns not worked for a while and MOT is due soon. Randomly it works and sounds ok when it does but thats rarely... iv been told its a common fault and a clip?

How easy is this to fix? what exactly do i take apart and replace?

Thanks for any help.

The most common fault is likely to be a duff electrical connection to the horn itself. Find the horn - usually around the front right-hand corner pf the underside of the bumper and have a look at the connections.

Hi,the most common fault is the rotary switch behind steering wheel, pull off top cowling and inspect wiring, you may see 1 of the wires broken.

As Noel said, 99% of the time a clean of the 2 wires that connect to the horn will get it working normally.

A problem well stated is a problem half solved !
