Question Megane Indicators

I've got a problem with the front indicators on my 54 plate Megane (yes, two Renaults...). The right side stopped working, and I managed to change the bulb and it started again. A week later the left side started playing up. I tried to change that but the access on that side is so bad you can't get the bulb out. However, after trying several times and giving up the indicator worked properly.

A bit of surfing found a lot of threads about Megane indicators. I found several which suggested that this is a known issue and some people had had the headlight units changed under warranty to solve it.

Anyone know if this is right ? (Webcode, perhaps ?) If it is, I'd like to be clued up before approaching the dreaded Reg Vardy...

There is a New solution for this.. Take it to your dealer and they will replace the Indicator Sockets in the headlights under warranty..

The Old solution was to replace the complete headlight unit..
