Laguna parking sensor

There's several threads on this issue or similar but I haven't managed to resolve the problem.

I drive a 2004 Laguna Initiale hatchback with standard reverse sensors. When I engage reverse I get a short beep then a continous beep until I change gear.

I have followed all the very good advice on here:

Listen closely to each sensor and I can hear a faint ticking noise - indicating the sensor is working

Reverse lights work so it's not the gearbox switch

Assume therefore it's the control box which I believe is mounted in the boot, driver's side behind the carpet above the wheel arch.

My question is, what does it look like? I just want to unplug it to get rid of the noise when I reverse and will simply manage without reversing sensors.

Alternatively, where's the buzzer as I could just unplug that.

I think the connector is behind the nearside light cluster. |Remove the cluster and the connector is on top of the bumper
