Welcome to the forum.

It would be most helpfull if you could fill in the details about which Laguna you have.

First off, leave the battery disconnected overnight. They rarely go completely flat, just very low voltage. It may have 'crashed' the computer in the instrument cluster.

Other than that, power spikes while jump-starting are rare but not impossible. You may have fried the dash. Also, it's not uncommon for people to accidentally get the jump leads back to front. If this happened, even briefly, then there's a good chance that one or more of the electronic systems will have been damaged, including the dash.
