Do a forum search for radio code and you will get plenty of threads on the subject. In a nutshell.....
1) Contact your local Renault dealer. They will tell you what info they need and how much it will cost.
2) Check through the handbook.
3) Remove the head unit and see if someone has written the code on it.
4) Mr Google.... It is against the forum rules to link to radio code sites, so you are on your own with this option!
EDIT: Looks like you have faster fingers than me Pat!!
