electric windows stuck

hi, i've had my 2002 laguna for about a 6 weeks, the front passenger side window has been very squeaky when going up and down since i got it, but now it grinds to a halt before it gets to the top., had to manual pull it up to get it closed. anyone have any idea whats wrong with it, or how to sort it? thanks
