We usually use some silicone sealer and this seems to do the trick.
The sunroofs do tend to leak, also, but I'd be tempted to reseal the aerial anyway,as the receiver for the remote locking is placed directly under it,and if any water gets in it fries the circuit board which means that the car won't start as the immobiliser is controlled by the same unit!
Silicone will also restick the loose windscreen trim.Just put some tape over it to hold it in place whilst the sealer goes off.
Your best bet is go to any DIY store and pick up some clear silicone sealer,I'm not sure if Halfords would keep it.
Good luck, and let us know how you get on.
I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
