Clio bearings seem fine could it be the brakes ?

After yesterdays thread about the humming noise at 30mph I checked my tyres that showed no abnormal wear and shook all the wheels and there was no movement.

All that happened is I on the nearside wheel while spinning it I could intermittently here the brake pad on the disk and the offside on while spinning was a constant disk to pad sound could this cause the humming noise.

CV joints look OK or could the back brakes slightly touching the drum have have the same humming effect at 30mph

Other than this annoying sound she drives sound.
