If you can find a quiet and smooth road you can try the swerve test.

Get to 30mph and gently swerve left and right.
If the noise gets louder when you swerve right, the noisy bearing will be on the left side.

Warning notice- Do not crash.

That might get you a little closer but if both sides are noisy, you'd be better changing both sides if you suspect rear wheel bearings.

If you jack it up with the handbrake off, the rear wheels will spin ok. The gears act on the front wheels.
Chock the front wheels too if the rear is up in the air.
