Not silly at all!;
The xenons self adjust according to load. If you drop the car, they can't cope with the new angle and will point to the sky, blinding all comers, proving nil road visibility in the dark and ultimately failing an MoT.
That's the theory according to Renault, but if you think about it logically, if the front and back are dropped by the same amount, then the height is still even, albeit lower. So, why would the headlights have an issue? Does not makes sense, unless the xenons have an altimeter!
