Hello gmc51,

It sounds like you will need to replace the complete rear brake assemblies on both sides, drums, shoes, cylinders and wheel bearings. From the statement you made about the master cylinder, I take it you are not too familiar with the mechanics of a car, please dont be offended by what I just said.

Changing the rear brakes is not a very difficult job if you have some experience, if you have, get a haines manual and follow the steps. But if not I would get a friend or a mechanic to carry out the work for you, as the rear bearing can cause problems and also the actual building up of the brake components and finally bleeding the hydraulics.
