Question Rear wheel bearing fitting..right or wrong..

First watch this vid.. now how do you guys feel about fitting a bearing that's been in the freezer for 24 Hrs into a drum that's been in an oven for 20/30 me its disaster waiting to happen..I feel that a cold bearing against the hot drum would affect the molecular structure of the metal in the bearing and it could set micro fractures on the bearings casing and possible the the way with all the vids I have watched of late this guy actually used a torque wrench to tighten the hub nut up when garages did not..Tsk Tsk..

Now over to you guys ..
