If you have tried and exhausted all these aforementioned methods (and the stain is still there), then you may wish to try a very very dilute amount of nitromors paint remover (I mean like a couple of drops mixed with some white spirit), but be very careful, this stuff is extremely dangerous to use, and don't leave it on the paint too long or it will damage the leather underneath. I would dab it on with a cotton bud, but be prepared to wipe it off almost immediately.

As I say, this is pretty much a last-ditch method as it is so corrosive to paint and skin.
