Yep,I agree here if the product has being used no return possible, But if returned in an unused state in original packaging then why should they not take it back.

Also if it was mentioned at time of purchase if unused goods could be returned, Then when they are returned they turn round and say no returns on goods mmm.

The supermarkets allow for so many goods to be returned as they allow for shoplifting and wastage in perishables.. If supermarkets do take goods back it is not a legal obligation to do so but a goodwill gesture, Most items I purchase I always ask if goods can be returned if not suitable, The Mail order industry has worked this way for many years now, I cant see why most of the motor trade cannot, A local supplier who I have dealt with for many years has always taken parts back from myself that were surplus to my needs.
