That's a bit odd that my Renault Dealer actually replaced my catch rather than just oiling it. Though I think by the time I had taken it to them the catch wasn't working so they just repalced it.....total lack of consistency in customer service.
I'm amazed that Renault are still claiming there is no problem - if there isn't a problem then why are they offering to replace them?!
