Don't go to that trouble.
If you disconnect the EPB module, the brakes will still be on.
Try this, Chock front wheels. Jack rear & remove wheels.
Put car in gear, Press brake, NOT CLUTCH, Hit start. Display will nag, Steering lock comes off. Now release handbrake manually. In this mode, you can check for siezed calipers & cables.
FFS DO NOT operate handbrake with calipers off or cables disconnected.
With cables disconnected you can operate the HB lever with a spanner.
