Electronic parking brake wont disengage.

I can manually use the emergency release lever in boot and reset it afterwards. The parking brake will function normally for a few days then will just fail to disengage at a junction or on driveway ect.

i am believing that the cables must be ok as they work when i use emergency release or i would of changed them by now.

could someone with any experience tell me if it sounds like the motor in the brake unit meaning i will need a used/new unit. thanks
