Renault Clio - Buying Advice - In need of some buying advice

I'm looking for my first car and came across this Clio on Autotrader. I went to view it last Sunday (Only found it online Saturday evening and Dad works during the week so we went to looking knowing they were closed.) and overall I liked it, except I was a bit put off by A) The price and B) The condition of the alloys. These turned out to be very scuffed and kerbed yet in the pictures, they appear to be fine, leading me to think they have been airbrushed...This along with some stone chips has made my Dad and I wary of it.

As they offer a 12 month warranty, is it best to see if they can offer to repair them or to look for a specialist? I don't really have the time to repair them myself as stated that it can be done in the FAQ section y'see and really do like the rest of the car

Also, what do you guys think of the price?
