Scuffed wheels = potential tracking, suspension, steering etc problems.
If the wheels have merely brushed against the kerb there shouldn't be much of a problem, only cosmetics. However, if the wheels have hit the kerbs hard they may be buckled, tracking may be out etc etc.
Scruffy, damaged wheels can also be a sign of a neglected car as well, or may just be down to poor driving. As this is an automatic with low miles it was probably a second car for someone or owned by an old biddy, who kept mounting the kerb trying to park.

I would ask for a full tracking, balance etc check from the supplying garage to make sure everyhting is in order - just for your peace of mind. It won't cost them much todo and could be the difference between them selling it or not.
It does look quite a tidy car though and you do have the advantage of a warranty with it.

Currently in SportTourer's garage:
2010 Laguna III SportTourer Initiale Tom Tom.
