You might find that the garage swapped the wheels over for the photos (it happens).

Is the car due a cambelt change? (something else you may want to barter for).

Hard to say what to do - it depends on the type of running the car has had;

a) spent a lot of time unused, then driven 20 miles at a time every so often.


b) used daily for a miles' long round trip.

I would get the oil filler cap off to check for any sludge which would identify (b), if it was there, I'd walk away.

People often place a premuim on (low) mileage, and in many cases, its not worth paying any extra for.
