I had this done by a dealer after I broke one of the valves trying to get a corroded cap off with a pair of pliers. They changed the valve on the spot, but I had several other caps corroded on (that I hadn't broken) and they couldn't sort the rest until the following Monday. They fitted the new valve but didn't program it up and temporarily disabled the system instead.

With the system disabled, the voice and display behaved as though the valves were working and the pressures were all correct. The only tell-tale difference was that the tyre pressures no longer showed for a few seconds after starting the engine. The voice synth and display still appeared to perform all of their other functions as before.
