I would stick to Scenics if I were you.

The bracketry on the inside face of the servo may be different.

Even if you had 2 indentical looking servos in your hand, there is no way to tell what the internal differences are.

How much the difference would matter in real life use is debateable.

Don't know if the fittings of the manual and auto models are the same.
There may be different manufacturers. Mine is made by ATE which is on a sticker next to the master cylinder.

Not much help but unfortunately there is no easy answer.
