Hi i use Fuel with my radio control car it basically Methanol and 10% caster oil and this is very effective with paint if you pour it on to your hand its freezing and it just evaporates so will not harm your leather but i have to say this is a guess so try a test peice first like underneath if you put a small amount on a cloth and rub little bits at a time it will work, any good model shop will stock it and the smallest tin you can buy is half letre £6.99 just ask for 10% fuel for for nitro radio controlled car i hope this helps all the best Donald.

Sorry i would also try Methylated spirit i have tryed this on most surfaces and it is ok but tends to move newly spray or hand painted surfaces so this may also help
Currently in Donald's garage:
2005 Mercedes Benz C200 Classic SE Kompresser & 1998 Fiat Cinquecento Fire Sporting, some may say i could do far better?,i say i could do far worse.
