Stiff to spin tells me you have a seizing caliper or maybe a build up of debris on that side I would do a brake service as soon as you can..if the pads are that tight against the disc you may find they are thinner on that side compared to the other side so might need a new set of pads..that could IMO give you a noise which transmits/echo's into the cabin..spinning the wheels should tell you if you have worn front bearings..spin and listen for any roughness and noise..
