Who fitted & how was the bearing fitted?

The bearing has a thin magnetic ring incorporated into one of the seals, the bearing has to be handled and fitted extremely carefully and fitted delicately (No Hammers) or the magnetic strip can be broken...also the bearing has to be fitted the correct way around!

I'm guessing when you were bleeding the brakes after fitting the the new NSR caliper that you pushed the brake pedal right down to the floor....this can damage the seals in the master cylinder.....maybe this is your problem?

Diesel engined vehicles also suffer some brake creep...this is normal...
