Thanks for that Noel, I think I'll go with OEM. I'll check with Renault to see how much they need.

When I do any cleaning round the car, I always use a torque wrench, but I agree with you that "Hercules" setting on the gun is favoured by my mechanic and tyre fitters.

One last thing if I may, ive read a bit about torquing the wheels and wether or not to use lube. My mechanic always puts a bit of oil on the wheel bolts, me not so much. I torque to 105nm, so this number will still be ok with a bit of copper grease on the new bolts - and you do recommend copper grease?
