Excellent Info Bampah..If you want to guarantee to get the right part,take the old one with you (where possible).

Just to add to a great thread,the small hex headed bolt holding the pollen filter slider in place is 6mm in size(I changed one a few days ago..Unless you want to hoover up the mess,it's worth putting some newspaper or similar in the footwell when removing the slider panel as if the filter hasn't been changed for some time it will be full of dust and debris which will fall into the footwell on removal of the slider panel and the filter!.

I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
