Hi Fred, not a problem - its good to learn.

If I can give you one golden rule - don't make the repair any larger than it is - its a sure-fire way to end up giving yourself a major headache, and you'll probably end-up regretting it. If I sound pessimistic, I'm not trying to, but the whole ethos of the S.M.A.R.T. repair, is to minimise the repair area and make it as invisible as is possible.

I'm at the other end of the phone if you need to talk anything over (numbers on my website), plus, I've posted articles in the 'How to' section on dents, and paint - you may find it useful to read these beforehand.

Take your time on the job, and the results will speak for themselves.
