Regarding mileage-So I'm looking for a sudden change ( reduction ) in recorded mileage and then work it out from there?
Were the later dashboards ie. post 2006 more reliable?
No idea
Cambelts/tensioners/waterpump/ are every 5yrs or 70K whichever first?
Cambelts & tensioners yes, Water pump coz It's only 25 + labour + antifreeze more. The expensive bit is the cambelt labour & if the WP fails then the cambelt has to be done again.
