I have replaced 3 out of the 4 valves with standard ones now. The 3 that were replaced were corroded, and were changed when replacing tyres. My display now shows I only have one wheel. I will continue to believe I have 4 wheels until I hear loud scraping noises when moving, or lack of steering!

This has also left an orange flat tyre symbol on the dashboard, which I have now covered with a bit of sticky insulating tape.

I couldn't get any Renault dealer in the area that was willing to switch the system off, and was fed up believing the warning lights saying I had a flat, when I never had a flat. I spent more time checking the tyres because of that stupid system than anything else. And it seemed to come on more often when I was running late to start with.
