Re: Scenic vs others

We had a Scenic, albeit an earlier one than you're considering, but now have a Mazda 5.

Both are/were 2 litre petrol autos.

We've never had a problem with the Mazda whilst our Renault did seem to have more than its fair share of faults, even leaving us stranded a couple of times.

Big plus point with the Mazda 5 is that it has sliding rear doors, so much easier to get young kids in and out of and easier access to the third row of seats.

It shares many of its mechanical parts with the C max so spares and repairs are reasonable, although in three years of ownership, nothings gone wrong and it hasn't cost a fortune to get it serviced.

Can't comment on your other options, hope this is of some help.

People who think they know what they're doing are especially annoying to those of us who do.
