Got a manual or handbook?

Reading the many queries on the forum begs the question- have the people posting thought about investing in a workshop manual or in some cases just reading the handbook? For a small outlay (or check your local library) you may find an answer to your problem, I have always bought a manual for my cars and have found them invaluable for all the fiddly jobs that need doing, and you can always give them to your local library or sell on after you change the car. Its surprising what a little reading up can achieve.

Hi Mike, I am with you in many respects and agree that everyone should have a Workshop Manual for their particular
car but there are many points of advice on Renault Forums, including your own, that are not included in manuals. I think the time and effort given by forum members to give advice and help is beyond reproach, your own efforts must have helped many people who would otherwise be hopelessly lost
