Another self-fulfilling prophesy. There is a sniff of a protest and everybody panics. Once everybody panics and causes the problem, of course you have to cover yourself. Got home on Monday and the wife's car was _empty_. Waited until 10.30 and filled up no trouble. A bit further down the road, 30-40 cars queuing to get into Shell. Madness! Apparently people have been queuing for up to 2 hours for LESS THAN 4 QUIDS WORTH!
