Problems with Clio Mk3

First time poster but depending on how well this goes could stay a while...

Got a few questions about my 5 Door 2005 Clio Mk3.

1) Drivers side electric window stopped working this morning. Tried again after turning off the engine and getting out and in again and worked fine. Any ideas what caused this? I could hear the relays switching when I pushed the switch, but no movement, not even any struggling, and the passenger side window worked fine.

2)A couple of little noises happen sometimes, the boot central lock makes a grinding noise when locking, and I get another short grinding noise when I start the engine from the engine area occassionally. Should I be concerned?

3) Got a dent in the rear passenger side door, its been pushed in along the plastic bumper bit. seems like a fairly smooth and 'fixable' dent, that I should be able to pull out, but none of the sucker tools I've used can grip it enough to pull fully. Do you think removing the door panel and pushing from the other side would be possible?

Thanks for any help with above.
